Forces of Nature was a commissioned multimedia performance for the finale of Light in Winter,  January 2006.   Images of the most dramatic forces of nature tell the story of how earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanoes, hurricanes and floods affect our lives.   The music of Jeff Claus and Judy Hyman and other members of The Horseflies and Boy with a Fish provide the perfect accompaniment to the video.

Part 2, featured geologist/engineer Dr. Charlie Trautmann explaining the physics of some of the forces of nature that we live with; and our engineering in response to these forces of nature.
